They Came From Upstairs Movie Trailer

Science-fiction and family movie must do well because movies mixing both are released with regularity every year. They Came From Upstairs falls into this sci-fi family movie category. The film is directed by John Schultz and is starring Robert Hoffman, Ashley Tisdale, Carter Jenkins, Henri Young, Regan Young, and Austin Butler. The movie was first scheduled set to be released in February 2009 but it was pushed back to July 31, 2009: that's in order to maximize the potential of this flick during a Summer slot.

Here below the first official trailer of They Came From Upstairs:

"The Pearson family think they've got the ultimate family vacation as they head to their vacation home in Maine. However, soon after arriving to the house, they discover that they are not the only people staying in it since a friendly alien has found the house first. Though the alien is friendly, his friends are not, and they are ready to invade the house. The kids have to gear up and defend their vacation house with everything they have or else the aliens (called Zirconians) will probe them out to space and destroy the world."

So a cute and friendly little alien teams up with a bunch of kids to prevent his alien mates to take over the kids' house and destroy the Earth: this sound like a nice sci-fi fix for me! Count me in!
